Once we are notified of an issue, we will deploy an authorized service technician to assess the site. The technician will determine if the damage is due to a product defect or user error. Any defective parts will be replaced. If the necessary parts are in inventory, they will be supplied immediately. Otherwise, parts may need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
